Today begins 3 days of planning. The Summit strategy team does this twice per year. We leave the office and go to the beach for 3 days to plan next phases of ministry. It is one of my favorite things we do. The work that can happen in 3 days off-site blows away anything I can hope to do in the office. No distractions...just the agenda and the team. I love it. These guys are smart as heck and love God. They are incredible leaders to be around and process with. I am really looking forward to what gets accomplished. It is always good stuff.
