We now have 1 of 2. This little puppy costs more than 2 of my houses. Amazing. It's pretty awesome that this is the first piece of real equipment on site. This laser is the femtosecond laser that creates the corneal flap for LASIK surgery. Hopefully, this time next year it will have been used hundreds of times to help correct vision for our patients.
On another note...At Hunter Vision, we provide the most comprehensive ocular analysis anywhere in the world. Currently, only one other doctor in the United States offers patients the same level of testing...amazingly, he is in Kansas City where Joel is completing his fellowship :)
